WHAT CBD DOSAGE SHOULD I TAKE?
The ideal dosage of CBD depends on your weight, body chemistry, the condition you are treating and the potency of the oil being used.
The general recommendation is to take 1-6mg of CBD oil for every 10 pounds of body weight.
Start with low dosages and increase the dosage over time to find your optimal and desired results. If you are living with chronic pain you may need to use a higher dosage than someone taking CBD for sleep.
Be consistent with taking CBD daily as the compound won’t be effective unless taken regularly.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT STRENGTH:
Daily – Maintain a daily CBD routine for optimal wellness with a low to medium-strength full-spectrum hemp oil tincture. Recommended 600mg or 1200mg strength.
Muscle Recovery – Incorporate a higher strength full-spectrum CBD to alleviate muscle aches and soreness. CBD works as an anti-inflammatory and can aid in pain management. Recommended 2400mg to 4800mg strength.
Sleep – By decreasing symptoms of anxiety and insomnia, CBD may improve sleep cycles with the calming effects it has on the body. A medium to high dose of CBD is recommended daily before bed. Recommended 1200mg – 4800mg strength depending on your body’s needs.
